We are a privately owned company that currently delivers its services to the South East and London.  Our fresh, practical and hands on approach to property management has proved us to be very successful at building long term relationships with both property developers and tenants.  We understand the importance of providing an efficient and reliable service especially in an industry where this frequently does not occur.

A Senior Director is allocated to each development ensuring the highest service levels, customer care and attention to detail is maintained.

The Directors of Tant Building Management Ltd Ltd have a combined total of over 40 years of property management, project management and client service experience with many of the clients remaining with us for most of that time; because of this we truly understand the importance of consistency and have acquired over 90% of our portfolio via word of mouth.

We are able to look after all aspects of management efficiently and ensure all residential and commercial property issues are run in a professional manner.

  • Provide members with proposed written resolutions and auditors with any passed resolutions
  • Send copies of resolutions and agreements to Companies House
  • Supply a copy of the accounts to every member of the company and every person who is entitled to receive notice of general meetings
  • Keep or arrange for the keeping of copies of all resolutions passed at general meetings and supplying minutes of all proceedings.
  • Ensure that people entitled to do so can inspect company records
  • Arrange maintenance, repairs and cleaning contracts, obtaining at least two quotations
  • Responsibility for instigating all emergency work/repair procedures, ensuring fulfilment of local authority regulations
  • Do regular inspections and arrange minor or major repair work as necessary
  • Provide statutory consultation procedures
  • Provide maintenance contracts for entry-phone or video-entry, cleaning, gardening, boilers and lifts
  • Dealing with assignments and notices, requests for alterations
  • Dealing with arrears and breaches of lease terms and disputes between neighbours
  • Administer building and other insurance handling claims
  • Calculation of rebuilding cost for insurance purposes
  • Periodic assessments for health and safety and fire risk
  • Attending court and tribunal proceedings
